When it comes to selecting the best type of insurance plan for a pet, navigating those choices can be confusing and intimidating. With so many options available, it is not surprising that many clients find it hard to make a decision when choosing a plan. His presentation will focus on several client-preferred methods of communication that veterinary staff can put into action to help guide their clients to the best type of pet health insurance plan and, ultimately, better care for their pets. Attendees will also be armed with the tools to create a plan for future communication that enables a higher client adoption rate of pet insurance.

  • Review current trends in pet insurance
  • Establish the overall value of pet insurance for clinics using others’ previous research and results from current survey
  • Discuss methods of communication available for clinics to share information about pet insurance
  • Explore client responses from current survey for preferred communication
  • Create a plan for future communication about pet insurance to achieve a higher rate of client adoption
