Difficulty and stress are all too common for our veterinary teams these days and our customer service representatives (CSR’s) are not immune.  Many times, they are the first and last personal contact for a client’s in-person medical visit. In this webinar that focuses on the most common CSR responsibilities, you will learn how technology can allow CSR’s to better utilize combined skills in communication, client service, and emotional intelligence to deliver the client experience that today’s clients expect.
