Vet Vitality - Understanding and Achieving Mental Well-Being for Veterinary Professionals

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, we are taking this time to discuss strategies for promoting mental well-being for veterinary professionals. By better understanding factors that can impact mental well-being, we will introduce ways veterinary professionals can better manage unhelpful thoughts, learn to accept difficult emotions, and take action with behaviors to support mental health. Using evidence-based skills practices, this interactive presentation will allow participants to explore various strategies to enhance and support mental well-being.

Certification Requirements

Students must complete the video lesson and also pass a short multiple-choice quiz with a score of 70% or higher. For your convenience, all CE certificates will be available to access anytime within your PetDesk CE University portal account; recipients can download and/or print these PDF certificates to submit to their region's board for accreditation.

Accreditation

1.0 CE Credit Hours, Non-Medical, for Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Practice Managers in the United States and Canada.
